An uncommon service we can also provide involves accompanying you as you shop for products and materials for your project. Mr Rye came to my home and did a very throrough estimate, even made recommendations in other areas of my home. He is very knowlegeable and professional. I asked for a free estimate so I could put together a budget for the work. I would definately hire him when the time comes.

They were fast and pleasant. Did a great job cleaning up. Also, the price was WAY less than another estimate we got. Less than 1/2 as a matter of fact. I can't imagine what the other company could possibly do to make their services worth so much more when we are so pleased with our project. Our new wall turned out great! Now I just need to paint it. If I ever need another project done, I will definitely be checking with River City Bath and Kitchen again! (Our project was in neither a kitchen nor a bath. hehehe)

Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
Chuck and Bill are great guys. They are trustworthy and honest. Bill did a wonderful job with my kitchen wall remodel. It was completed well within the time frame given at the time of the bid. Their work is well worth the cost - and it's less than others I checked out. I'd hire them back in a minute. In fact I'm doing just that in a couple of months for another job. You won't be disappointed with this father and son team!

Remodel to Accommodate a Disability
They did a wonderful job on remodeling both bathrooms. I would recommended (have given out cards) to other people that will be looking for remodeling contractors. They arrived on time and completed the job as estimated with extra day for last minutes clean up. The final product is beautiful. The process was long and drawn out. It started well through demo and the setting of the base cabinets. Then, it became a comedy of errors with several cabinets either mis=ordered or mis-delivered. We JUST finished the final doors...7 months after starting. We were promised that the kitchen would be finished in 6 weeks.

We had a rocky start, but they came through. We had a large project and it took more time than expected, but we are happy with the results. Chuck is a man of his word and will work with you until you are happy.

Once Chuck has the check, its done. Project looks like something a non-professional would do. They had just hired the guy and let him go in the house, so if you get work done by these people, make sure the person knows what they are doing. When Chuck came out all he was willing to do is caulk. He definately was not a people person and not willing to fix the project. To me if you are going to have a good company, you don't hire hackers. We had one of Chucks seasoned guys come out and he said he could not believe it. The work was bad, and it should be fixed. I would not use this company.

I am happy with the company. But, I was told that I would not be able to use my kitchen for 2 days at the most. We are going on 10 days and I still do not have my kitchen. I have complained to the Co.. We do have very good communication. I hope with my complaint things will go faster and I will have my kitchen back.

In thirty years of householding, I have not encountered the equal of this company for responsible and able contracting. They actually did our sunroom and kitchen alterations, rather than the bath project, which we have put on hold.

After 4 months and over a dozen visits to correct water leak problems, the contractor has told me the job is finished, but the bathtub drain assembly is still leaking. Apparantly, I will have to seek help elswhere to get the repair completed.

Rick was very nice and courteous, but we faced one problem. This was our first remodelling project, so we were very uneducated when it came to tile samples, remodelling procedures, colors, etc. We felt like they didn't walk us through the steps for decision-making very well. They kept assuming we knew what they were talking about, what kind of tile to buy, how to pick out the assessories. I would have liked it if they took more time to explain what they needed from me, as well as what they were planning to do
