Riverside has been great from the very beginning. Appointments have been kept on the dot, the customer service is fabulous & informative, the technicians (still here) laid out cover cloths from the door to the unit location, and have been working seriously efficiently since their arrival. I would vociferously recommend Riverside Heating & Air to anyone who needs repairs or replacement for their HVAC equipment!

I was able to recieve an estimate the same day my old system went out. They arrived the day after the estimate was given and started installing my new system. They arrived at exactly the time they said they would and where finished exactly when they estimated they would be done. The tech was even working alone most of the day because they where short handed and the project was still finished on time.

Literally within minutes after submitting my quote request - I had a call from Riverside. They were curtious to me over the phone and also to my wife when they arrived the next day for the service call. They were fairly priced and we have decided to keep them as our HVAC Contractors for at-least another season.
