They did great! They cleared a drain that at least four other companies/plumbers said could not be cleared. We will use them from now on for all our plumbing needs. L.L.

Rocky Mountain Drain Cleaning was quick to respond and tackled the job in record time. However, the prospective buyer's camera showed that there were still too many roots in the sewer line to tap through to the sewer main. We hired someone else to re-clean the pipe and the second scoping was much more sucessful. When I spoke with Burt, he refused to refund our money unless he could scope it or we could show him video footage with zero roots which is impossible. Rocky Mountain also cut into the drywall because cleanout size was inadequate. A phone call prior to doing this would have been nice. We now have to pay someone to patch the wall.

"We are VERY sorry that you are not 100% happy with our service. We offered a free video inspection and cleaning to rectify this situation. However the customer refused as they already had another company come out the 2nd time. And yes we did have to cut the drywall because the plumbing was not strapped, therefore as we pulled the cable out, the plumbing was coming through your drywall. Bert"

They had great communication skills. Called to notify they were running late, but notified me in advance. Came in, got right to work. Very neat and clean. It was wonderful. He was very nice. No surprises in the price. Gave lots of options. Great all around experience.
