I called Burns and one other Heat & Air company. Burns was here so quick I couldnt believe it. I wouldnt expect them to always be so quick, this was just exceptional. The other company never even called back to schedule a time to come to my house. Cant say anything about their Frigidaire equipment(mine is another brand) but their customer service is great!
