Timely, polite and hard working. Saved me $$ by doing REAL plumbing not just dispose of a fairly new water heater and install new one. Had a couple of small leaks, the OWNER comes by to repair. Will keep them for use ANY time I have a plumbing issue.

Water Treatment & Purification System Installation and Replacement
Technician was friendly, and appears to have done a good job. Receptionist who took initial call and made appointment did not seem to know wheter they guranteed labor. She said she would have someone call me back but no one did until day of appointment (three days later). The plumber did not have the needed drain pan so disappeared for 45 minutes, for which, I was of course billed. Most importantly I was quoted a rate of $84/.hour. When the work was complete the total charge was 50% greater as they also billed $42/hour for plumbers helper.

They are a very nice, family owned operation. They were very nice, but I had a few issues with the way that the initial install of my tankless water heater looked. I let them know that I wasn't entirely happy, and the owner came out right away. He was friendly and apologetic and corrected the problems quickly.

Mr. Rogers came out the day before a holiday. In addition, another plumber told us we would have to tear up our entire floor to fix a problem that Mr. Rogers fixed in 30 minutes. I am glad that I called him and plan to use him again in the future!
