HIred contractor to close my Pool for the winter. I have used him in the past without issues. He broke one of my outdoor plug in covers and did not report it to me. I looked on security camera feed and even one of his employees told him about it and he said "I don't f**king care. Just leave it and hopefully the home owner wont notice". So I sent the video to management (probably him) notifying them of what happened. No reply, no apologies, nothing. But they did remember to send me the bill after I told them that they permanently lost a customer. David Rhoads
