It was a NIGHTMARE. We hired him for major renovations on our lake property .We paid him $65,000 upfront. The job was to be finished in 6 months. That was 2years ago. He refuses to return calls. He has not started work yet. He said he had a death in family. We filed complaint with Hall, Gwinnett,and Forsyth co. He has ripped off over 40 Senior citizens and Widows. He is a criminal. Should be in prison. Please stay away from him. Mrs looper

I used Rolader Construction in 2011 to complete a whole floor addition and down-to-the-studs renovation, I have lived in the residence for almost two years and am satisfied with the results. Jeff and his team were professional and worked very quickly without sacrificing quality. They added an entire floor and rehabbed the existing home in about 2 months - every other contractor quoted 6 months and thousands of dollars more. There were a couple of minor hiccups but Jeff addressed them and there were none of the nightmares I've heard about with other contractors. I would definitely use Rolader Construction again.
