The reason why he didn't get 5 stars this time was that they quoted one price over the phone and then when he arrived at my home with the water heater the quote had jumped $100 higher. I asked him about this and he denied it even though I had the notes I'd jotted down during our previous phone conversation. On the phone we'd discussed the price in detail. The problem is that if he had quoted me the correct price in the beginning then I would have chosen the next step up of water heater. Even after my husband called him he didn't acknowledge anything and denied it had happened. Bad business if you ask me. We'll be using another plumber.

He had the best price of the contractors we checked with. He came when he said he would, and did the job for exactly the price he quoted us. He even replaced an old valve at no extra charge. We are very satisfied and pleased with the work performed and the value provided.

They were on time did a great job pulled the old water heater out change some pluming explained what was needed and was done and all cleaned up in on hour and ten minutes. I would diffently call them again but doubt I will for a water heater for a long time but anything else they will be at the top of the list A+ Warren Hughes
