Rouck Plumbing Company

They were there (here) on time (actually, a little before the scheduled time). They seemed like they knew what they were doing and did the job very efficiently and speedily - without all the hemming nd hawing I've seen other contractors do. Everything went fine. I'm pleased as punch with them and would recommend them to anyone I know.

The company employees I dealt with were wonderful, went out of their way to help in any way they could with the equipment we had already purchased. Noticed things that should have been done by other contractors but weren't. They fixed and repaired and wrapped everything to increase efficiency. Haven't turned on the air yet but we are just as confident. Good company, good people, would definitely tell people to use this company.

David Haddad followed up at least twice before we decided. Installation was scheduled the next day and completed in a timely manner. Service techs were very friendly and helpful. The only problem we have is we still need a cover over the filter which I plan on calling to remind them of that.

Nice, neat installation, but when the weather turned warm the AC did not cool adequately. I had some anxious momnets trying to get them out here to make adjustments, but in a few days all was well.

After calling every # in the phone book, i came across this website and was recommended to several companies. Rouck gave me the best deal by over $600, and with a top of the line unit. When that unit was unavailable for about a week, i was offered an even better unit, at equal cost, or an upgrade for a marginal fee, which i took. The personal who handled my project, David Haddad, was available, knowledgeable, honest and overall a genuinely nice guy. I will always recommend this company to anyone whom i hear talk about needing HVAC work.
