Rated lower on timeliness because they had been given the wrong address by their office. I had reviewed the address with the office clerk, who had written 2nd Ave rather than the correct 2nd Street and had corrected this with her. However, they still were provided with the wrong address and ended up coming late for their appointment. I felt the price of $175 for a house call was pretty steep -- one could almost buy an new unit. But I had been informed of this charge prior to their coming and therefore was prepared for this expense.

Chirs and his team responded very quickly (within 4 hours) to an air con emergency service call, on one of the hottest days of the year. They were very thorough and clean. Highly recommended.
