The owner, Ryan, is an excellent person to deal with. The price was fair and although there was some cost run overs, he met us half way, The job, a kitchen remodel, was a tough one considering the age of my home(90 years). There were some things I thought should have come out better(level tile floor), but I can deal with it and it looks great. The whole job is night and day from what it was, and looks like it should be in a magazine. He did the extras that weren't in the contract, but make a world of difference in the outcome.

Project: 12x24 composite deck w/ enclosed area below deck. Ruddy Construction responded quickly to our request for an estimate and listened to what we wanted in our project. We picked Ruddy Construction from four other estimates on the basis of cost, products offered, communication, and professionalism. Ryan returned phone calls quickly and kept us informed from start to finish. The work site has been kept neat and the quality of his work is outstanding. The deck feels solid, seams and finish are precise, and it's nice to look at.
