Matt (the installer who came) did a clean job and was pleasant through out the whole job. Negotiated an additional job while he was on the first one and finished that as well. Pleased with the eventual result and the fact that he cleaned up very well after his job.

Tile installation itself was ok. Not as top quality as expected for the price, but ok. My issue is the scratches on my vanity and carpet stain which were cleverly (deceptively) covered by pieces of tile which I did not move until after I had paid. I did not complain about being charged 30 dollars for shipping when the tile they ordered turned out to be the wrong shade and had to be returned. Or about being quoted $200 for repairing 11 broken tiles, then being charged $50 for what ended up being a 2 tile repair. Or being told the carpet tackdown was included in the quote, then finding out it wasn't after they were done. Very dishonest,

They were easy to talk to, they negotiated and educational and completed all the areas in professional fashion. They were clean organized and left all areas as they were when they entered my house. I had no apprehention letting them roam the house from room to room when I was or was not inside. I trusted them from the beginning. No hard sell just suggestions they would enhance the outcome. They did not spit, swear, play loud music or smoke which I appreciated. May sound a little silly to some but I feel that kind of behavior is super important. Their craftsmanship skills were excellent and I already recommended them to a friend ,

This is a local small business, with a father and son working together. They were a sweet and helpful family. Quick service, professional work, clean worksite, and reasonable prices--the best. They were very careful not to get my butcherblock countertops wet when installing my glass tile backsplash.
