Initial contact is a bit difficult - the round about - call this number, call that number - wait for Rupp to answer his cell - But once I got in touch with him, it was fine. Be aware that he does not do estimates, it's hire me right now or not - so extra time or materials are automatic. Work was great & on time.

This team are true professionals. Mr. Rupp was able to accommodate a tight schedule to provide the estimate and was extremely informative and understood exactly what I wanted to do with one of my custom doors even when I did not. Mike, the installation technician, was extremely thorough, had excellent suggestions for my setup, and produced excellent work. Additionally, Rupp uses CHI doors due to their excellent warranty and vendor relationship. I am pleased to know I have such a high-quality product to go along with my great service. Highly recommended.
