Find a Custom Home Builder
Mr. Smith is easy to work with and provides practical ideas to problem areas and improving aesthetics. Our only complaint is timing of materials. We realize these things do happen when the contractor is relying on someone else. He has done electrical, plumbing and finishing work himself. We are happy with our home so far, completion will be spring 2004. Please note we had 3 bidders, 1 very high, and Mr. Smith and another within 1,000 of each other. We picked Mr. Smith because of his personality and persistence in getting our business.
