My only complaint was that they arrived an hour late. But, they were very thorough. They found the source of our problem (Christmas light hangers) and removed them. Then, they inspected the rest of the gutters and found more CLHs in another area that hadn't started to cause a problem...yet. They worked for 2 hours and only charged me for 1 1/2. And they did it all in the pouring rain and wind. They were awesome!

This contractor came out, he was nice and friendly but he actually came out and drilled two holes in my wall, but wasn't able to fulfill the job. I had to have another contractor come out and do the project I initially wanted done.

I needed blinds hung in 7 windows of my house. Al Ryan responded promptly and had the job done (and done correctly) within 3 hours. The fee was reasonable and negotiable. I appreciated being dealt with from a "please the customer" angle. I am going to use him for a tiling project next.

I will hire Al Ryan to do the repair on my deck fencing. He was very professional and timely. I was impressed with his willingness to not only bring covers for his shoes, but put them on. As a result I have him biding the installation on my bamboo flooring as he has someone he can refer to assist. Excellent representation for ServiceMagic. I highly recommend him.

They gave me an exact quote completed the project to my expectations and I was happy and my house was happy.

Consistantely showed up late. Work was left incomplete. I have a door that does not fit, tile not totally installed and untrimmed door trim so it was not put put back on the door frame. Took way to long to do the work as they did not know how to do it. The flooring that was put in has problems at both doorways that I will need to have fixed. The flooring tile that was laid is top notch and the shower paneling, except for a minor overcut is great. Thiese tasks took way to long and I was left hanging with not a single room (out of 3) completed. Drop cloths were not used and tile was cut without putting up a barrier so I have thick dust.

Excellent job with the roof. Driveway sparkled nicely.
