Called June 4th and was scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out on June 10th. They never showed up. When I called whirlpool about it they gave me this company's number to see what's going on. Was told they would put a ticket in for the technician to call me. About an hour went by and still no call so I called back to be told the ticket was still in the system and just give him time. It was almost time for them to close so I feel like they we're just trying to get me off the phone. Waited a little bit and called 10 min before they closed. They already turned their phones off and I was getting sent straight to voicemail. Nobody ever showed up and nobody ever called me. I even left a voicemail explaining the situation along with my number and they still haven't even attempted to call me back the next day or reach out in any way. Awful service. I pray whirlpool finds another company to use because this is pathetic and unprofessional in every way possible.

Very professional and know what they are doing. Our tech was Doug R. He was on time, diagnosed and repaired our ice maker. The company kept us updated frequently and also gave us tracking access to our technician.

He showed up on time, was very professional and repaired my dishwasher correctly and in a timely manner.

Service was prompt. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it for less money than we had expected to have to pay. Good experience overall.
