The end product was good but we were extremely disappointed in the price. The bill was over $3,000 higher than our estimate! As we went along we got verbal quotes but had no idea until the end how high things had gotten. It was very disappointing. They charged us $425 to install a shower door and caulk around our tub - we had been told this would cost $250 to install the door - who charges $175 to caulk? I had intinally been very impressed with their work and professionalism and I would not argue that, the work was good, my recommendation would be that you get every single thing you have done in writing and up front .

"We performed all of the tasks requested by the homeowner. Prices were quoted as work was performed. The homeowner was moving into a property and had a very tight time frame , and a lot of extra work to be performed. All of the work was done beyond expected and before the deadline. I guess you can't make everyone happy!!"

I'm very pleased with the completed project of tearing out a window and installing a door. There was only one thing I didn't care for during the project and Seth worked immediately to remedy the situation. I would DEFINATELY hire Sabo Construction for any future projects.

Sabo construction did such a good job that I also had them repair my shower, install a new kitchen floor, and replace the formica on my kitchen counters. They were very flexible and worked around my "out of town" schedule. I'm looking at a roofing job in the spring - i hope Seth will come back and give me a quote.

We were not able to get our wood fence installed because of the unexpected necessity of needing a new roof. Sabo construction installed a beautiful new roof at a reasnable rate. Sabo also is doing water damage repair inside of our home. We have been pleased with the quality of their work.
