They did a fantastic job on the install.

They said installation in 3-4 weeks and it was 4 weeks, what more could I ask for. The guy vacuumed up after himself through out the installation, also covered up the spot he laid his tools. Good guy. Good experience.

If you've never replaced your windows,.....INVEST in some good ones,...You will wonder why did it take you so long to do it! Once installed, you could definitely tell the difference, the ease of opening, shutting, cleaning, less intrusive outside noises (still there but very muffled now). Very pleased so far.

Make sure the gutter covers do not hang over the front edge of the gutter. The covers were the wrong size for my gutters. The company has changed hands and they sent a person to try and fix some of the problems, but they were mostly unsuccessful.

after beinng lied to about what we actually wanted tto do (as a sales ploy) we were talked into ordering windows that we did not want to begine with. They would show up unanounced to install these windows and any time that we contacted them they would never return our phone calls finally after deciding enough was enough and finding out from a contractor that builds and remodels houses for reselling that we could actually do what we wanted from the start and that St. Clair Corporation used this missinformation to simply make a sale we contacted them and requested a refund since nothing was ever installed. We now are suing them for our refund+!

Installers were great! They did a great, great job! I am so pleased.

The installation took a little longer than expectd but the result was good.

very courteous, explained the process and were very conscientious about cleaning up.

Not at this point I would not recommend them. Maybe will recommend them if they come back and make things right. The marketing rep was nice, the lady that set up the job was nice. The end results of the job aren't nice. The gutters are okay, but we also purchased monster guards and the way they were installed, we will still have to clean the gutters, only we now don't have access to the gutters. Hope they didn't ruin our new roof!

The only problem was it took over 6 weeks to get them installed after I paid for them. It took me to call and see what was up and ask why they hadn't called to set up a date.

So far, we arefine. We are waiting for the installaion to actually take place. They have measured and the windows are in process and should bein place by the end of the month.

I was really happy with the gentlemen that came out and installed the 12 windows that I needed in. They were very considerated and polite. They cleaned up their mess from the windows and didn't mind me keeping the aluminum from my windows. The only thing that I didn't like it having to wait so long but I know they have to order the windows and then wait for them to come in on delivery. I have no more rattling windows when the train goes by. It is peaceful now. Thank St. Clair Corp.

The work was done within a few hours once the crew showed up a couple of weeks after the consultation. However, some woman from one of their offices kept calling me a month or two later, leaving messages to call her but I never could get ahold of her and find out what she wanted.

Instal was average-- not perfect as promised. Commiunication from company very poor. After the sale, sales person never returned a call. Job was was promised in 10-14 weeks... actual time 18 weeks... after repeated phone calls, discount. Faucet installed worng hot/cold reversed, leaks in shower position. Acrylic is nicked in serveral places.

Always professional, showed up when they said they would, completed the job timely, and cleaned up after them selves, installers where very friendly and did a great job, my windows look great

They were rather slow but effecient when they finally installed the windows.

Pro: The work done was extremely professional, complete, and high standard in terms of fit and finish. Materials used were high quality. Con: We contracted in August and had to prompt the company to finally do the job the following January. Although the workman who did the job was courteous and professional, the person who spoke to my wife on the phone concerning the lateness of the job was rude, condescending, and patronizing. I feel they had forgotten our job until we reminded them of it. This is why we didn't rate St. Clair any higher than three stars.

The crew was very nice. They paid attention to details. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave any mess for me to do. I felt a difference right away in my new windows and sliding doors. I am very glad I went with St Clair Corporation!!!!!

They contacted me quickly. The materials have been ordered and I'm waiting on the install.

I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND ST. CLAIR CORP TO ANYONE ELSE. I SHOULD HAVE WENT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. ST. CLAIR LEFT MY WINDOWS DIRTY AND SMUDGED UP. THEY DID NOT RETURN MY BLINDS TO THE WINDOWS. THEY MOVED THE KITCHEN WINDOW IN BY THREE INCHES SO I COULDN'T EVEN HANG MY OWN BLINDS BACK UP. WHEN ANOTHER COMPANY DID MY FRONT WINDOWS WHEN THEY LEFT I HARDLY COULD TELL THEY WERE THERE EXCEPT FOR THE BEAUTIFUL WINDOWS LEFT BEHIND. WHEN ST. CLAIR DID MY BACK WINDOWS I HAD GLASS IN MY DRIVEWAY AND A BRICK WAS MISSING FROM THE SIDE OF MY HOUSE THAT THEY HAVE YET TO REPLACE AND I COULDN'T SEE THE WINDOWS BECAUSE OF THE ANGER I FELT FROM THE POOR SERVICE.

They completed work in timely manner and were neat and polite.

Was contacted quickly for a sales presentation. Work completed within 2 weeks of contract. Contractor implemented terms of contract as stated.

The gutters look great and work perfectly with my home. The only concern that I had was that they did not start when they were supposed to and didn't return my calls for three days. I finally got a call back three days after they were supposed to start telling me they didn't have all the supplies but would be starting the next day. I was on vacation when the work was done and when I came home it was almost completed. There were some finishing touches that had not been completed and were not completed until a few days after I came home, ten days after they were supposed to start. Overall, I love the gutters and think they did a great job installing them. However, customer service is not one of their strong suits.

Marc was amazing and willing to work with income. However due to financial constraints I will have to get my gutters some time next spring after I have filed my taxes.
