Sam put in a dedicated electrical outlet for a freezer in our laundry room and installed a new ceiling fan. We had asked him to replace a light fixture in the bathroom that didn't work. He looked at the fixture and found that the problem was a loose wire. Once he fixed it, the fixture worked, and we did not have to replace it. He was very prompt, came the same day I put in the request. He said that he tries to keep at least one person available at all times for ServiceMagic requests. My only complaint was that he left a fair amount of small debris in the family room and the garage. It would have been nice if he had swept it up.
