Deck or Porch - Repair
Sam was suppose to enlarge our deck and change location of stairs, hence build a new staircase. The job was shotty, at best. We weren't home when the job was completed so we had our son check it and pay for it. Once we saw it, we called Sam and told him we were happy with it. He said he would be back with his carpenter, and we have yet to see him. It's been over a week, since we complained.

He came when he stated he would and seems to have fixed a minor leak around a roof vent tube. A little pricey but the work was good, and he was friendly and polite.

Sam and Phillip we very informative, very polite, and explained in detail what procedure they were undertaking to affect repairs. The day after the repairs were completed they called and asked if I had any questions or problems. I will recommend them to my relatives and friends in the future.

"Client was out of state. Person in the dwelling wanted to schedule rest of job when their schedule was free. Never happened. Returned to job 3 days later and cleaned up some items we overlooked."

We are very unhappy about his work. It was about 10days work but took him two month and still uncompleted. We realize he took job but he didn�t know how to do so we have to take a lost and let him go. He took too long to work that was destroying our everyday living life and made several damages to house when they were working. He did not clean after his work. Left mess. Not mentions some work were worse than before he started work. Very sloppy jobs. Looks like temporally kind of jobs he does. We definitely do not recommend him to anybody.

"This client had a tree fall on their three story home. Our company repaired their roof, deck, painted interior/ exterior, and many other items including cleaning windows. Insurance paid for the entire project, however; it appears that they spent some of the insurance and they have a balance due to us."

Painting or Staining - Small Projects
I went over to the customer's location and was not at all impressed with the quality of work this contractor completed. I was told by the contractor that the customer was happy with the job, however the customer called me to complain about the lack of professionalism, used the customers tools, and overall did a very poor job. I was not happy with the quality. I expected better. I could have done a better job myself, and I am not in the business. Is it asking too much to get people to take pride in their work, and deliver superior service?
