Sand Masonry

Very responsive for the estimate and the project. Price was very competitive to two other bids.

Sand Masonry is professional, responsive and performs beautiful work. The mortar and brick repair matches the original perfectly. Due to their professionalism, we also had them perform tile repair inside. Both jobs were high quality work. I highly recommend them.

Owner Antonio was very easy to work with, quick to respond, and finished the job promptly. The quality of his work is good.

Owner Antonio Sandoval responded promptly to my query and came to take a look at leaking reported by a roofer to be coming from one of our chimneys. His assessment confirmed what the roofer said--that one chimney needed to be completely disassembled and re-built, and another needed mortar repair. He also showed me how the chimney leaking was evident in streaks on the exterior (besides interior damage we already had experienced) as well as dried water streaks down the masonry in our furnace closet. Because of the rain, Antonio wrapped the chimney to prevent further leaking into the house. The wrapping was very well done and weathered record winds in fine shape. As soon as the weather cleared, Antonio and a worker returned and spent three days doing the job, through sunshine and mild drizzle. Antonio was prompt in coming to work each day. He was knowledgeable and courteous. I am glad to recommend this company and would use them again. As for price, I didn't take the time to do multiple bids as we had leaking and needed to get this fixed sooner rather than later. I rated "value for the money" at 5 stars, though it seemed expensive to me--but these things are simply expensive, and such is the life of a homeowner. I assume the price was a fair one for the skilled work and labor involved. Thank you, Antonio!

The owner, Antonio Sandoval, was very quick to respond to my emails. He was always courteous and cooperative. He came to the house and gave me the best bid I got for the project, out of 3 HA companies. He finished the work quickly and it is beautiful. (A stone retaining wall that was originally built by leaning concrete chunks against the dirt.) I'm so happy I tried Home Advisor, and completely delighted with the work and the people at Sand Masonry. I am going to call them for a few jobs later this winter.
