Santa Fe Custom Floors, Inc., is family owned and operated business has been installing hardwood flooring since the early 1960's. We realized early on that the only way to build a superior company was to provide the kind of outstanding installations and customer service that was better than anyone else. After 40 years we feel that we have achieved that goal through continually striving to perfect ourselves by continuous communication with our clients but also maintaining ongoing flooring education for our staff of installation specialists and design consultants. Carpet had a strip removed and was bare to the backing of carpet. Bare area/seam in carpet is repaired, but it shows as a line. Tthis line did not show before the repair. Matt is very personable, on time I would hire him again..

My wood floors were waxed in error by someone new to the business and he didn't know how to remove it. The first company I contacted did they needed to sand and refinish my floors for $4300. Matt from Santa Fe Custom Floors was able to remove the wax without sanding. They look great and ate no longer dangerously slippery.

Matt came out the very next day and looked over my job, refinished one board so I could see what to expect; gave me a firm estimate for Great Room, Dining Area & Hallway. They started started the job in 2 days, and completed it in 2 days. Total of 5 days from start to finish, and did a beautiful job on a floor that I thought was too far gone to save. I highly recommend BUT the telephone number listed is incorrect. New Phone Number is (805) 889-8142
