At beginning this contractor gave me a good estimate. Later I revised the project by changing the carpet into a hard wood floor he literally rip me off the cost of project as well as the quality and quatity of material used.

While Steve was initially diligent about trying to make the wood match, esp the stain, he hasn't gotten back to me about coming out again. I've tried contacting him but haven't gotten a reply. In the meantime, the floor is patched but the color is still off. I'm not in a hurry, I just want to get it done right. So it'd be nice to get a reply as to when he can make it back out.
