Jason came to the house with samples I had requested, didn't have one I wanted to see, so I went to the store and thank goodness I did! I disliked choice and was able to select another one that I loved! If I had one recommendation, GO and see the flooring, it looks so different on the internet and you really need to see it and feel it. It's wonderful, had a bubble issue and his worker came out and fixed it imediately. The only problem I had was one of the workers opened a door and let my dog out and did not tell us..so make sure they are aware of the animals!

Jason was extremely helpful, very professional and super patient! We immediately liked him and he made us feel very comfortable and secure in our decision in picking SCS carpets. He went way out of his way to make us feel "special" and we would absolutely recommend him to friends and family. The installers showed up right on time and did a wonderful job installing our flooring. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with SCS Carpets, and thank Jason for a job well done! You should be very proud to have him on Service Magic!

Completed job on schecule and on budget with excellent quality results. Provided great advice in selecting patterns and materials for carpeting stairs. Responsive to request to match pattern in two different colors of carpet being seamed together. Understood objective and took initiative and additional time needed to make sure pattern was properly centered and matching border patterns. Resolved problem caused by very hard stair risers complicating stapling of carpet for New York style effect without requesting additional compensation for time or materials.
