Second Opinion Mechanical Service

Worst company ever they came out said I needed a compressor replaced it took weeks to contact me even though they already had part would not answer the phone cause Marcus said he only communicates with the warranty company not the customer till they get parts when I had questions they finally came nothing got fixed the ac unit still wasn?t working he needed to contact warranty again for another part said we had spiders ripped my vent connectors off causing damage came the next day spent 30 minutes only saying we needed more parts was asked to leave another company came out the same day had no issues with spiders even had shorts on and had no problems fixed the problem within hours everything second opinion said was wrong wasn?t had us waiting nearly a month in this heat just to keep ordering parts and not finding the real issue it was a line the whole time I would not recommend.

He was out standing, did the work in my new house. He came right away, did the work. My wife is very hard to get along with, she was very impressed, liked his work. I have recommend he to my friends. I can not say enough, loves his work, price is very good, has his license for his work and insurance. He is great.
