I am no longer a customer after a frustrating experience overall. It was often difficult to get clear or consistent support, and I didn?t feel confident in the level of knowledge when trying to resolve issues. I had ongoing problems with a camera installation, including interference that required multiple service visits. Despite the time and inconvenience, the issue was never fully resolved and I was eventually told there was no fix. The experience felt disorganized, and communication was not always clear or helpful. I hope improvements are made in both customer support and the reliability of their services.

SCI was professional and practical. They pared down what I thought I needed into something that I truly needed to protect my home, rather than letting me spend too much or upselling me. MOST IMPORTANTLY: SCI does the installation AND the monitoring. Their monitoring center is in Denver, where I live, and the woman who called the other day when my cat set off my alarm was prefossional, personable and took care of me. Unlike ADT, who uses local resellers who isntall equipment which is then monitored by ADT in another state. If youhave a problem, thelocal installer and ADT can each point fingers at one another.

All three companies were contacted and extremely professional. But Security Central was most of what I was looking for. Thank You very much.
