Julian came recommended by a close friend who knew him personally — character mentioned before credentials, which honestly made us trust him more right away. We have a little house in Sullivan County that means a lot to us, and we wanted to add a second floor to grow into as the family grows. Julian actually listened to what we wanted, used Miro to make the whole design process something we were a part of rather than just signing off on, and never once made us feel rushed or like we were asking for too much through all our revisions. What really got us though — this was our first time ever working with a professional engineer on our own property, and Julian just took over in the best way. He was calling the town himself to figure out filing requirements and next steps, like it was his project too. You don’t expect that. Having someone with his level of engineering knowledge also be that personally invested made a huge difference for us as total first-timers. The plans came out amazing.
