Very happy with our refinished hardwood in the bedrooms and hall and will definetly have them back when we are ready to do the livingroom.

We were very pleased with them, arriving and finishing on time. They were going to help put away heavier items, but since we had it done except for one bed, they came by on the third day and put all the heavier items away, setting up our beds and putting on the felt pads on things that needed it which he told me I should purchase. Everything was nice and clean. I would give them a 5 star rating and recommend them to anyone. We are very happy with the results.

Shorewood was very helpful while chosing the flooring. Samples were prepared on large display boards to allow viewing of the true floor rather than a small sample. We were kept informed on the schedule and Shorewood was prompt meeting their dates and times. The final came out outstandings without any issues. Shorewood came in with a professional attitbute but provided the personal customer service to make us feels as if we were their only concern.
