Great service; only mark is that the cellular device broke shortly after 1-year and I had to pay full price to replace it. Aside from this, excellent service all around.

The rep contacted us immediately and offered good price plus two first months off. The tech came out a week later to switch the box but couldn't find a wire of the right color to really do it right, so she just left wishing us good luck.
