They do very clean installations. That is, the windows looks very good with nice smooth caulking and good fits. There was a slight difficulty that they corrected promptly. The installers are a pleasure to have around the house.

This started with an excellent bid process that offered several viable choices, a competitive price, and an outstanding installation process. I had 15 window companies come to my house and give me an estmate and Signature was by far the most professional. The owner is who came and did my estimate, he PRINTED out 6 estimates for different options, other places just gave me scratch paper. Thier prices were the best before negotiating too. The instalation took 4 days and the crew did a good job and fixed all discrincies that I had.

Installers were very efficient. Customers need to monitor the caulking to make sure it is adequate. The order needs to be checked before installation occurs to ascertain that all the windows are exactly as ordered before installation starts. Although we ordered "neet" or "self-cleaning" glass there was no way to make sure that this is the product that was used in our order. So far, there is little indication in the performance of the windows that this is the type of glass that was used.

Overall, a very positive experience. Friendly owner, good installers, great follow up and customer service from the office. However, the factory they ordered my windows from made some mistakes with my large front window - the grid and operable parts were not as planned - and there were some markings on the interior of the glass panels on another window. Perhaps a closer look at quality control of this factory is in order... So all in all, a positive experience, but had to take some unexpected days off of work to accommodate the follow-ups. That part I'm not so crazy about.

Paul , as salesman, and Yuri, as installer, were very professional. The installed windows look great. The places where the siding had deteriorated were discussed and actions to remediate were effective. the job-site was left in neat condition.

Grant is a great guy. He consulted with us numerous times and was very patient when it came to our vision. It was great to work with him and the rest of the company. I feel like every penny we spent on the windows was definitely worth it. Most importantly, the employees listened to what we had to say whether that was about meeting times, payment issues, or about duct work. Overall it was a great experience and the work got done on time.

We hired Signature Window Replacement, Inc. to replace all the windows in our home in Feb 2004. We had saved for a long time to do this project, and were both nervous and excited. We are very glad to say that our windows are terrific! The windows were exactly what we asked for, and the team at Signature did exactly what they said they would do - and on time and budget! Price wise, their quote, was right in the middle, sure, we had a couple lower quotes - but they were not people we would even think of trusting with our home. Signature is by far, the best work you will get for the money! We had no "surprises", no "headaches", NO DRAMA! Yippee !!! We proudly give this A+ rating to Signature Window Replacement. We replaced 9 single pane aluminum windows with double-pane aluminum clad wood interior windows. They bid the job at lower cost than similar bids from several other companies and delivered exactly as promised. Installation crew was on time and true professionals throughout, which is not common in my experience. I definitely recommend this company.

My windows look great and all involved were very professional and polite. There was about a two week delay for my windows to be installed from when I was initially told they would be. I believe it was a manufacturing delay but I wasn't contacted for rescheduling until I called to confirm the night before. Perhaps they waited until the last minute in hopes my windows would arrive. All in all, they were great to work with!
