Silver Oaks Landscape Design

They do good work, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to get in touch with them for 2+ months.

Had them lay Centipede sod in the front yard and reconfigure and put in a new front path. Owner was very informative about landscaping and horticulture. Crew was all American and very efficient. Came back the next day and fixed a small error in the path.

I hired silver oaks to maintain my lawn Mr Diamond came out we spoke everything sounded good. But that's where the good ended They came the next day to mow crashed the mower and left before they were finished after many emails I finally contacted them by phone and they came to finish. That's the last I heard from then till I finally got someone by Email since they leave their voice mail full so you can't leave a message They were willing to come do my yard tomorrow and talk with me but only after I had told them I was no longer interested in their service Paid for a month in advance and got my yard mowed once. Do not use!!!!!!!!!!

They were prompt in comong out for an estimate. They were courteous and did all they said they would do on their estimate.They did excellent work

Silver Oaks was chosen to do some clean up at the home of my Mom and Stepfather. So far they have proven to be knowledgable, professional and very reasonable pricing. I am confident that there will be a good result.

Provided a detailed estimate. Divided the project into smaller stages so we could budget and decide what we could afford now. Work was completed on time. Made suggestions that were cost effective that we had not considered.

Project completeted with 100% satisfaction! Very fast from start to finish. Everything contracted to be done was completed with no follow up calls.

Cancelled my lawn service with them. Could never get a phone call returned. The "Hotline" is a joke. Half the time the mailbox is full and you never, never, ever get a phone call returned. That is no exageration either. I have left many, many, messages on the "hotline" and on Bob's number now for two months straight and not a single phone call returned.

Godd work and within estimate

Bob was great and VERY knowledgeable about the entire process as well as providing some general landscaping advice outside of the work I hired him for. The job took one day longer than I was told it would but that was really no big deal to me, 4 days instead of 3. Their quote wasn't the cheapest but after meeting with Bob a couple times I certainly felt the most comfortable with them doing the job.

Not only did Silver Oaks do an amazing job far beyond my expectations but they listened to what I wanted and delivered...UNDER MY BUDGET!!!! I am totally impressed and will definitely keep them in mind for any further work I need.

Job took a week when it was quoted at 1 day. The crew completely destroyed our irrigation system even after we put flags out to identify the sprinkler heads. They did repair it somewhat, but one zone is still out of order. 1st Crew tried to leave job unfinished and to collect money. Second crew completed job as originally quoted. Owner, wouldn't return phone calls or emails.

They came and mowed our lawn within hours of hiring them which to me was very impressive. They also did a good job with the lawn

We bought a foreclosure and the yard badly needed cleanup. The two young men who came out to our house we polite, professional and did a GREAT job. I was very pleased. I have hired Silver Oaks for a year to maintain my lawn.

This was my first time and I should have been firmer The Sales/Service Professional didn't listen when we agreed on a date for install - he changed it to the last minute we agreed on Friday he came back and said Wed - I had to take a day off of work to accommodate him, his staff very nice - they didn't till the dirt as I thought and he said they would - they just dug holes - prices very high he also stated he would bring pine straw that didn't happen. I was diffidently over charged for what I got. next time I will know what to ask and listen to the red flags.

The guys who did the work did a pretty good job. However, I wasn't thrilled with what was clearly discussed prior to the job vs. what was done and the sudden lack of recollection of what was clearly discussed and promised. Bottom line, the final result did not fully provide what I asked for.

Bob was very interested in helping me problem solve some difficulties I previously had with landscaping. He had good ideas about what to plant in the space. His crew was courteous and efficient. He has been good with follow-up. He has come by repeatedly to see how the landscape is doing and been a good communicator via email. I have followed his advice about watering to the letter.
