They showed up when promised. The work was exactly what was quoted. I feel it was a good price. When I left for work at 8:30 am we had trees. When I got home at 7:00 pm the trees were gone and all of the debris was gone and just a few rounds were left. Good fire wood for my neighborhood.

Quick response and great work, did a little extra to make the tree line look great. Backed over a old faucet and didn't inform me.

Tom promptly contacted me the very same day I sent out my request on Servicemagic. He gave a wriiten estimate of the work which though not the lowest, was reasonable and I felt comfortable with his explianation of the scope of his services. They arrived on time on the agreed day Dec 31 and did a great job cutting down and chipping about 12 tall cottonwood trees. He, Margaret and his team were curteous and respectful of our property and we did not have any damage. The job was completed in less than 4 hours.

Very Friendly, very carefull (had some huge trees), at a reasonable competitive price. This is a family run business and I felt really comfortable with them. Project was finished on time. The subcontracted stump grinder was on time, and friendly. I had some huge stumps that wer shredded down in 2 hours. Thanks Tom and Family!

Silverback Tree Service is a family operation: Dad & Son. They did an excellent job. We had them take down a tree and trim a lot of branched off a few others that were right up by the house. They were able to take down the branches using a lot of finesse and control to ensure that nothing hit the house or the nearby fence. A few of the branches were pretty tough both to safely get to and then to take down safely but it was no problem for them. All in in all I am very pleased and will be calling Silverback Tree Service again.

Silverback is a reat family owned business. This company delivered exactly what they promised. We had numerous trees that needed major trimming and they did just that. They arrived promptly at the designated time, completed the project in a timely manner and the clean-up was impeccable. THEY WERE ON TIME, COMPLETED WHAT THE CONTRACT CALLED FOR AND CLEANED UP ALL DEBRIS FROM THE REMOVAL OF 2 DOUGLAS FIR TREES.

The project was the removal of a small blue spruce. When Keith saw the small scope of the project, he indicated that he could not honestly charge the minimum rate. So he offered to take care of other pruning projects that were needed. He was very professional, efficient and accomodating during the time he spent making the yard look in top shape again! The integrity of this company and the personnel is truly appreciated.
