Ed at Simba construction built a beautiful deck, on time and on budget. His craftsmanship was excellent. He used only quality materials, used only screws (no nails) and lined all screws in neat rows. I highly recommend Simba Construction to anyone.

Outstanding, professional, courteous, Excellent workmanship, outstanding quality. I will have Simba construction back for all our construction work. Ed and Justin are so meticulous with their work. They just complete our deck with privacy screen,stone paver patio and gazbo built on site. We just love it and so do our neighbors

Ed Bauer is one of the nicest and honest people I've ever met. He stayed true to his word with the cost of the project, and he and his assistant, Justin, made sure that the job was done correctly. We could not be any happier with how our basement turned out. We're already looking to have him do some more jobs for us around our house. I strongly recommend Simba construction for any jobs you plan on doing, big or small.

Guys were very nice. I had my deck powerwashed & stained. Never having it done before I didnt realize that I wish they had sanded the deck prior to staining/waterproofing. It looks beautiful but we are constantly getting slivers on our hands etc, making this uncomfortable using the stair handrails, the wide deck sides etc. Power washing was necessary but made the surface brittle and the stain/waterproofing didnt help the situation. All in all a fairly decent experience
