Here at Sinnen-Green & Associates, Inc., we have been incorporation since 1987. We have performed real estate appraisals for hundreds of mortgage companies nationwide, various national & local banks, relocation companies, and thousands of homeowners in our coverage areas. With appraisers serving nearly all of Virginia area, each of our appraisers average more than eight years of experience. We pride ourselves in honesty, professionalism, fairness, integrity, and reasonably fast turn around times. All appraisals requested will be performed by appraisers employed by Sinnen-Green & Associates, Inc. and not subcontracted firms or appraisers.
