Smith Lake and Watters is an Architectural and Building firm specializing in high quality residential and light commercial buildings. These include custom homes with carefully thought out details, historically sensitive remodels and transformations, picturesque timber structures, and master plans for large estates. The three partners at SLW bring over 75 years of design and construction experience to their projects which include some of the finest homes in the Indianapolis area as well as many other parts of the country. This experience enables them to create designs that can be achieved cost effectively and build with a clear focus on design intent.
