Smith & Michaelis Quality Painting Inc. was built on quality work and trust.We give 100% on every job.We believe prep work is the key to a great paint job.I am very confident that are customers are going to be happy that I do not ask for any payment until job is complete.My employees all have alot of experiance in the painting industry.My brother has been with the company for 10 years and the other guys have been with the company for an average of five years.I pay the guys top wages and everyone is a employee of Smith & Michaelis Quality Painting.I have talked to alot of painters and 70% of them have told me they use subcontracters or they pay one guy and he then pays all the other guys to avoid immigration laws,taxes,and insurance .I beleive this practice is not fair to the customer that hires your company and gets a subcontractor who goes and picks up guys that you do not know.
