Working with George Smith was totally pleasurable. Even though he was not the low bidder, his estimate included all possible materials where some others left that open-ended. George was prompt in his responses to my questions both on the phone and by e-mail. He was reliable in every respect and finished the job on time on on budget. We had a leak in the roof which was dripping into the kitchen. We know that the roof needs to be replaced, as it is near the end of its usable life. Another company had said the whole roof had to be replaced & quoted an exorbitant fee. George took a look at the roof and actually showed us the problem areas and said that he could try to patch it. The roof hasn't leaked since. When we replace the roof next year, we WILL be using Smith Roofing Co to do it. Smith Roofing beat their price by $2000, AND told us that we would get a discount of 50% of the patching fee. The extremely friendly and professional service. Highly recommended!

Prompt visit to see existing roof. Quick turn around with price quote, very reasonable. Had to postpone the roof replacement by three days, but he was able to give 2 weeks notice of that change. Great job.

He called back immediatly; and was very knowledgeable. he detailed how he would proceed with the repair and indicated that he would bring a replacement luver should the existing one need replacement. Although George was not able to do the repair rightaway; he phoned and updated me of the situation and pforceeded to follow through as promissed. George Smith called very promptly after my request and waited patiently when there was another contractor there doing an estimate. He assessed the leak and took my camera back up on the roof to capture the issues he saw. He advised me to contact my previous repair people, as they had botched the job, and gave me a fair estimate if he had to do the work. His upstanding attitude and feedback made him easy to work with. He also checked with me several times, both before and after completing the work, to ensure that the repairs were solid before billing. He has a B+ rating on BBB and his work is evident of his great attitude. Thanks George!

Mr Smith called to set up an appointment quickly and followed thru to schedule and confirm the work date. HIs crew showed up on time, went back over what he was going to do to fix my roof problem. They worked hard and did an excellent job cleaning up!!

We were contacted right away and our roof was evaluated right away. The hole was found and fixed at a reasonable rate. Staff was courteous and provided detail information on the potential cause of the hole and a solution for removing the indoor water stain. I will surely use this contractor for all future roofing needs and refer this company to friends and family.

George Smith was easy to work with, conscientious and reliable. He replaced our vent collars, which had completely deteriorated, and installed a drip edge under the roof shingles to prevent water from running down behind the gutters. He also recommended a conscientious and skilled gutter specialist to look at our gutters and make some minor repairs. We would highly recommend George Smith for any roofing work.
