The person who runs the business at first seemed like a go-getter and the job got done but not completely in my eyes. I was told all cracks would be fixed but some surface cracks remain

It took weeks after i gave them a deposit to show up to do the job or even call me back .. I was told by the sales rep that my drive way would be fixed and resealed and it would be smooth and i would be happyl. Well i am not happy the job was not satisfactory. I am so dissapointed.

I live in Florida. I called Smooth Sealing the day of a major snow and they were able to get my 76 year old fathers driveway plowed right away. Very satisfied.

Was told over the phone that they would be over to clean my snow after 10:30 in the morning on 1/14, they did not arrive until 7:30 that evening. I also requested their services of snow removal for all future storms and have not seen or heard from them since 1/14.
