It was a good experience. The contractor was late, but he called me at the time he was suppose to arrive so I would not be looking for him. The work was professional and I would hire him again, but I would shop around first.

Gas Piping
I had a gas log installed in my fireplace. Gas was present, but the plumber had to test to make sure the gas line was active and then connect the log. I was charged for 4 hours of labor for a job that should have taken less than 2, but most of the time, the plumber was reading the gas log manual. Fair enough he's a plumber and not an expert at gas lines, but they market themselves as being capable of this type of work. The actual work done was good quality.

They were very prompt in calling and responding to our call. This was critical for we needed to travel to California that day in the afternoon. The job was scheduled at 7:00 AM. Although, they showed up at 10:00 AM. They did a great job and were done in a reasonable time. I would use them and recommend them any time!

Not sure if I would use them or not. My faucet was broken, yes. But they damaged it so badly that I had to buy a new one and removed the option of me replacing the broken part. Just because one store couldn't replace the part didn't mean I couldn't get it from the store I bought it from. Also, they charged me for the time it took them to go to the store to search for a part and come back. No compensation was made to me for the broken part. I just feel that even though it was broken they could have handled it better. Also I'm still trying to remove rust stains from my white tiles where they put their tools.

Toilet still leaks after plumber has already come twice. Poor job of caulking around toilet and am concerned that water may be accumulating and will leak through to ceiling below now that he has caulked. Very displeased.
