Solid Earth Technologies provides foundation stabilization for new construction and existing structures that are settling or at risk of sinking. Our highly skilled team works with engineers, contractors, architects, building owners and residential home owners to develop solutions using the CHANCE HELICAL PIER foundation system. We specialize in underpinning, foundation repair, new construction piers, environmental walkways, lighting foundations and retaining wall tie-backs for both commercial and residential projects. Sinking Foundations, cracked and buckled walls and uneven floors are problems commonly faced annually by some quarter-million homeowners. Homes and other structures may settle when situated on unstable soils. A shifting foundation may result in structural damage to your home and a loss of your investment.
