Although this company finished the job, it took 8 months for a project that was supposed to take 4 days. Yes, there were unavoidable delays due to weather, but at the most it was 4 or 5. It was one exuse after another, my driver didn't show up, I have to move my storage locker etc. I gave them the name of my neibhor that needed work and they had excuses for not calling them. After all the delays, one final small project had to be redune and the second atempt although much better, was not done correctley. All they had to do was call the manufacturer of the product to make sure they were doing the install correctey - they didn't.

I contracted with Sonoma West to landscape our patio. A miserable experience. I paid $650 and did not get anything in return, except a plan that was NOT suitable for a small patio area. Mr. Zeis's communication skills are limited. E-mails rated a 'one line' answer, no matter what was asked. He recommended plants that were 'too large' and 'too many' for a small area, & not suitable for the shady conditions. I hired a 'landscape contractor' because I wanted a turnkey project. We are senior citizens, my husband is in the advanced stage of Prostate Cancer. I ended up using Armstrong's personal shopper, and a gardener, with happy results.

Sonoma West Landscape & Construction did a top rate job. The pavers look great and we are very proud to show off our new back yard. We are so happy with the results that we will use them for a second phase in the front of the house. I would definitely recommend Sonoma West.

Started when they said they would, did an amazing job, quality of work outstanding. Extremely happy with the outcome.
