It took a little more time to take out the old and replace the new humidifier because of where, an how my furnace was situated but overall I am pleased with the job. Sergio explained everthing and did a nice job, and at a fair price. I would use him again.

Sergio was able to come out to our house to do the repair on our central a/c within an hour of my speaking to him. He was friendly and courteous and knowledgeable. Our old central air conditioner stopped working on a Saturday in the middle of summer. Sergio was the first to respond and was able to come to our house on the very next Sunday. He checked thoroughly the a/c, tried to revive it but in the end determined that the compressor could not be repaired and needed to be replaced, preferrably with the entire A/C system. He offered his help in replacing the system. The project now appears to be a much bigger one, and we are still deciding what exactly to do now and how. Sergio was prompt and courteous, explained what he believed was wrong with it and the options we had for the new system.
