the windows are fine, a little hard to close. I did not see the energy savings I was told I would see. that was disappointing.

So far, the four staff members who have come to my home impressed me very much. Lori & Zachary were the first two I met with. They, beyond no doubt know their product and do a very impressive intro to their product. The examples they brought were just what I was looking for. They listened to what I needed & answered any of my questions that I had. I told them "You guys are good!" I didn't check with anyone else. I signed with them right then! I'll admit that the price was more than I expected, but the quality of their product is superb. That is very important.
