Even though there was a slight problem it was corrected immediately. Will was the best. I got seven proposals, there were proposals thet cost less, but with the quality of work and customer service I feel your work was the best value, I would recommend you too other people looking to have this kind of work done

Southcoast Exteriors was very prompt and professional. The where very thorough and obviously experienced in surveying what issues needed to be addressed with our roof and vinyl siding. they found serious roofing issues that went unnoticed by other roofing companies that we talked to in the past. Disrespectful and neglegent salesman. Chose a color of shingle from brochure given to me- no shingle samples were ever mentioned or brought to me. I wasn't home the first day of installation and when I returned color of shingle was not the same as brochure. Salesman never took responsibility and was condescending and rude. Long story short, they agreed shingle was not the same as depicted in brochure but that I should have ask for an actual shingle. Would not replace roof but gave me a discount on ending price.

"Southcoast Exteriors went above and beyond the negotiated contract with excellent performance and quality workmanship. The owner selected a color and was unhappy with the selection after the shingles were installed. We more than accomodated the owner's needs and satisfied their complaints after reviewing the situation. After color is selected by the owner, Southcoast Exteriors as a construction company, not a shingle manufacturer or distributer, is responsible for installing the shingles to meet local codes and manufacturer's specifications. Southcoast is the only party that took responsibility for the owners mistake in color selection."

South Coast Exteriors did an excellent job in making repairs to my roof. Cosmetically, one cannot see the repairs. The company was very responsive and timely. Reasonable price. I would highly recommend it.

Their roof man Adam was very nice. Saw the problem and fixed it. Said it was minor. Should I have a recuring event, he explained, affixing a pan may be necessary. I will not know if this is necessary until we have rain. I gave the 5 star rating based on what Adam explained the problem was and his ability to fix it in a timely manor.
