Southeast Remodeling contacted me Almost Immediately after I submitted my request. Matt, the contractor at site, was Professional and Courteous and made my needed Repair the Date agreed upon with Excellent Workmanship!! After completing the job, his crew and he ALSO Cleaned Up their Work Area, Which has become Rare today. I WILL BE calling Southeast again, Because it was the BEST Experience I have EVER had with a Contractor and as far as I am concerned Southeast will do ALL my Repairs!!

I was immediately contacted by Southeast Remodeling. Matt is very professional and courteous. Their prices are amazing and I am so impressed with the quality of the work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a remodel or repair. I originally hired Southeast Remodeling to repair rotten wood on the exterior of my home and was so impressed with the quality of their work that I hired them to remodel my kitchen and downstairs bathroom. All of the tile was layed perfectly and all of their work was above my expectations. Several of my friends have now used this company and they are all completely satisfied! Great company

Matt, the owner of the company talks good but lacks promptness, follow-up, and basic professionalism. The crew that completed the first portion of the job appeared to be some cheap labor highschoolers. They did a shabby job and when I tried to schedule for them to return they were a no show. I am glad Servicemagic was able to contact the Southeast Remodeling on my behalf because Matt claimed he was not answering his phone and did not show up because he was ill. No excuse for not showing up aand/or calling. It is contractors like this that give contractor's a bad name. I would not refer them to my enemy. Poor workmanship....

"We apologize for any inconvience caused. One of the cabinets was not delivered with the rest, I scheduled to return to install the last cabinet when it was delivered. My wife is having a difficult pregnancy and was hospitalized in the middle of the night before I was scheduled to come install the last cabinet. In the hospital there is no cell reception and the constant searching for service caused my phone to battery to die, leaving me without his contact info and unable to notify him. When I did get in touch with him he was angry and said that this was no excuse. As you can see from my other ratings, this is not how I run my business."

Had rotten wood on window frame replaced. Mr. Andrews called within minutes of my submitting the request for a contractor with ServiceMagic. He did an excellent job at an affordable price.

Matt was very courteous and professional. While his work was not top-notch (materials were a little cheaper than I would have liked), he had a very good price, so the trade-off was worth it.
