I am pleased with my new windows. I did have a couple of things that kind of "bothered" me. One, the salesman quoted me a price and then said that price was only good for that day. I did not think quickly enough to tell him to quote me the price he wanted me to compare with his competitors. It is not appropriate to use pressure tactics to sell something. Also, the salesman told us -- and it was written into the contract -- that all rotten wood would be replaced as part of the project. The workers then balked at doing that. Overall, I am very pleased with the product; I just think the staff could have been more professional.

First rate / excellent work - very pleased with the outcome! Workers were very courtious, professional and quality conscious. I plan to hire them again for some additional work in the near future. Only negative comment - it took a while longer to complete than what I was told - but the quality of the work made up for that.

Have been extremely happy with Southern Ohio Builders for my master bath full remodel project & have hired them for my second bath remodel as well. Would recommend them highly to anyone who is looking for top quality work by experienced craftspeople. Easy to work with and courteous/reliable. Exactly what I needed for my project! By the way -- because they are so good, it's very likely you will have to wait for your project to get started, but this was covered and agreed to up front & they started close to the time projected. This might not be good for someone who's in a hurry to start a job (I felt the quality was worth waiting for!)

Attention to detail very poor. Communication very poor. Job took twice as long as promised. Workmanship not very good. Would not recommend to anyone.

Needed better communications of when the worker would be on site. All materials should have been delivered to site the first day of the job
