Interior Decorator
Working w/Spartan Construction, turned out to be a total nightmare. In the end, I was charged over 60 hours of work for paint, carpet and a couch selection. Most of the time, when I expressed concerns over their work, I was met with a total unprofessional, untalented and rude attitude. They did lower the hourly rate when I felt the bill was too high, however this was later thrown in my face, even though I had never even asked for a discount in the first place. In the end, I chose to stop working with Spartan Design, even though they had failed to meet many conditions of their contract. Save your money, time and aggravation. Don't hire!

"I fulfilled my contract completely above and beyond what was expected of me. They withheld payment from me, I gave them a $1200 discount off of their design time (thinking that this would appease them) and they told me that I shouldnt have done that. They liked to pick apart every line item. I designed their entire house. They didnt want to purchase furniture anymore b/c her dad died."

He did such a masterful job. The tile work was phenomenal, everything was done wonderfully. It is lovely, spectacular work. He was very meticulous, great attention to detail. It is just superb.
