Welcome to Specialty Marine Contractors, Central Floridas leading marine contractors. All of our projects are custom built, and unlike some other contractors we dont force you to choose a standard design. The limits of what we can do is only limited by your imagination. We are state licensed and have been operating in the Central Florida region since 1977. In the last 31 years, we have designed and constructed many of Central Floridas most prestigious, uniquely designed waterfront properties.
