Spectrum Home Services Of Dane County

Gary is very personable and demonstrates a true desire to do the job well. By coincidence I hired him prior to the largest snowfall of the decade and he and his staff performed flawlessly.

The project left my house very dirty, the drywall job was terrible (tape coming off, cracks in the plaster). The owner did come over when I called to complain and had the worker redo things but there were still cracks and uneven places all over. I again called the owner and he had a different worker (who I think specialized in drywall) come out and redo things and now it looks really good. I appreciate Gary's committment to providing quality service and satisfaction.

We had them come in to caulk the shower and it looks terrible. I paid them $77 and they came out three times. There are still areas peeling off and areas with black streaks where it looks like maybe the caulk was smoothed with dirty fingers. Regretably I will likely need to hire someone else to fix it. I can't sell my house looking like this. Furthermore they gave me no receipt for services performed and after the second visit to my home, left cigarette butts on my white wooden steps.

I needed my overgrown bushes trimmed so they came pretty much right away and did a great job

I am very impressed with the service from this company. I was contacted and we discussed what I wanted done, they went out and looked at the property and called me back with recommendations. The guy that came out and did the work stopped in before and after he did the work and was very nice to deal with. He had additional recommendations, which we are considering. I am very happy with the care that this company took with us and look forward to a long relationship with them.

I was out of town for 3 weeks, the lawn was mowed and well maintained.

So far, so good. Gary called within 30min of me placing the request. Extremely honest and friendly. Did a walk-through of the yard with me, which was helpful. Very competitive prices and did a good job thus far. Would recommend to friends. Genuine concern for customer satisfaction, which was very important to us.

Overall, did a good job. Some initial confusion about getting the estimate to us, but when told, they quickly emailed the estimate.

Gary coordinated the job, which was a repair of vinyl siding and the replacement of a porch door prior to me selling my home. Hans actually did the work. Hans did an excellent job on both matters. And I have the utmost respect for Gary's professionalism. They were also the most reasonable. I would highly recommend these gentlemen for any future jobs. Mark Monaco

I liked this company. Hans came on time, did good work, charged a reasonable price, and cleaned up after himself well, including taking my old storm door with him

Garty at Spectrum Services has been very responsive and helpful. We are pleased with his service.

The company appeared to be very customer-friendly, the person showed up on time, they were flexible accommodating my timeline. The work was preparing three closets for new shelving installation -- taking out old shelving, painting and repairing walls and floor. The old shelves were taken out, but the rest was done extremely poorly. The old pain was showing through, the location of old shelves was pretty obvious, wall repair was not properly done. It would appear that only one coat of paint was applied, but in a very thick layer, so the paint dripped on hardwood floor after the drop sheets were taken out.

Very timely and well-priced service. Hans has come back twice to ensure that the job is perfect.
