Spencer did an excellent job on our deck and is quite reliable and extremely responsible. Though very professional he was still very approachable and extremely open to any additional suggestions or add-ons that we had. Reasonable, reliable, and respectful are the three words that best describe him. Specer is also a perfectionist and his work bears that out. Kudos!

Project finshed this week. Have not been able to use the driveway or walks yet, but look to be of high quality and built to last. Wish the house had been built to such standards.

We were very pleased with the work of Spencer Meider and his crew! At first we were very uneasy about hiring someone who we did not know but took at chance on Spencer, as we were confident that he would do a good job with his experience and references. And he did...They did a wonderful job! They repaired our outside front porch on our old home as well as put up crown molding inside our house. It looks beautiful and none of the appeal of the "old home" look was compromised at all. We will definitely have them return to do all of our building/renovation needs as well as recommend them to anyone. Thanks Spencer and crew!

The contractor that did our ceramic tile made some mistakes and cuts were off and the tile didn't meet the wall even after the baseboard was put back on. From what I understand this man has been doing carpet installation for twenty some years but I think he is relatively new at ceramic tile.

I registered with ServiceMagic on Wednesday, Wednesday evening Spencer call me, schedule an estimate for the following Monday. written estimate completed in less than 4 hours, completed the work the following week while we were on vacation. Came back and it was like his crew was never there. Not a thing out of place and the job completed. We are extremely satisfied and have recommended him to friends already.
